- Additional Fees
- Metered charges for AI credits used beyond your plan's monthly allowance (¥1 per credit, tax included). Internet connection and communication fees are borne by the customer.
- Payment Methods
- Credit card (processed by Stripe). Enterprise plans may be paid by invoice.
- Payment Timing
- Monthly subscription billed in advance. After a 14-day free trial, billing begins and renews automatically each month. Upgrades are charged immediately on a prorated basis.
- Service Delivery Time
- Immediately after payment is completed.
- Returns, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Because of the nature of digital services, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial (prorated) refunds are provided.
